The company was founded in 2023 by the succesful Attorney at Law, LL.M in Intellectual Property, Morten Jessel.

Morten has a proved track record after a career both working inhouse in the entertainment industry as a legal manager for a major record label and from working at two of the largest IP-only focused law firms in Denmark.
